Q1: Do you accept PayPal and credit cards?

A: Yes, we support most of the payment methods, which are even country-specific. To protect payments, all transactions go only through XXXXX which is a secure online subscription billing platform. We do not store any payment data, and XXXXX is a PCI compliant e-commerce service, which means that your payments are totally safe with us.

 

Q2: How can I renew my subscription?

A: Before your subscription expires, you get a couple of reminders with a renewal link. If you did not receive those, please contact sales@svm-edge.ai - we will be happy to send you the renewal link.

 

Q3: What is the file size limitation that is applied?

A: Basic Version

Sum of multiple files size up to 25 MB

Each file Max 5,000 rows x 20 columns

Maximum usage- 120Hours

 

Standard Version

Sum of multiple files size up to 2 GB

Each file Max 100,000 rows x 100 columns

Maximum usage- 300Hours / Month

 

Premium Version

Sum of multiple files size up to 10 GB

Each file Max 50,000,000 rows x 300 columns

Maximum Usage- Unlimited

 

Enterprise Version

Beyond Premium version and customized

Q4: Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription later?

A: Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time, contact us at sales@svm-edge.ai and we will guide you. Downgrading is also possible and is done at the end of the current subscription period if you need to renew you can choose a different subscription type.

 

Q5: Do you have discounts for students?

A: Yes, we do. Please contact sales@svm-edge.ai to learn more.

 

Q6: Which subscription plan do I need?

A: This will depend on your file size and usage. You can estimate the size of files during the free trial period. To understand the differences between different subscription talk to sales@svm-edge.ai

 

 

Q7: Do you charge for Support Services additionally?

A: Basic Subscription users are on free trial of 14 days, the support services is limited and we provide full support to Standard, Premium and Enterprise clients.

 

Q: What happens when my subscription expires?

A: We will send you few reminders to make sure you don't miss the renewal date accidentally. If you decide not to renew the subscription, make sure you transfer all your data before the expiration date. Portals with expired subscription are deleted within two weeks after the expiration date.
